Rory Trotter

After a relatively short career in the Police Force, I decided on a career where you get reward for effort. The career I chose was Real Estate. That decision was made in 1977 and since then I have studied and progressed from Real Estate Salesperson to Principal/Licensee of Force Real Estate.
Apart from being surrounded by quality staff, one of the highlights thus far was being elected National Chairman of one of Australia's best Real Estate Groups.
Outside Real Estate I have a lovely wife and two beautiful daughters, and enjoy all sports including swimming, golf and surfing.
My sporting commitments have enabled me to hold several Australian Championships and this ethic is the same which I use in my Real Estate practice.
I began Real Estate in1977 and still enjoy coming to work everyday and helping people achieve their goals.

After moving from the Goldfields in the late 80's myself and my family settled in Joondalup in 1990 and since then I have seen the Northern Suburbs develop into the thriving real estate market that exists today.

I entered the real estate industry at the start of 2001 and have settled with the very dynamic and successful team at Force Real Estate. Through out my real estate career I have been employed as a personal assistant to some of Perth's Top Principals and salespeople. In these demanding positions I have gained a vast amount of industry knowledge in a short time and pride myself on being able to advise my clients on their real estate needs.

Before entering real estate, my background was purely based in the hospitality industry, working in the top hotels of WA. Hospitality is an industry that is completely focused on quality of service. This high level of service is reflected in my real estate dealings, through a total commitment to each of my clients.

My enthusiastic approach to real estate, combined with my high level of service standards and total commitment, is sure to satisfy all I have dealings with.

Prior to beginning a career in Real Estate, I was a member of the Western Australian Police Service for 14 years where I attained the rank of Acting Sergeant.

The skills obtained during my police service have been of great benefit and set me apart from many other agents. Skills which are vital to the Real Estate industry have become second nature. Negotiating techniques, problem solving, dealing with and understanding different cultures and communication skills are attributes other agents strive for and are ones I proudly display.

My interest in the property market started at a young age and I have built a strong property portfolio myself. Over the years I have gained a very sound knowledge of the market and investing in Real Estate. Due to this I can offer you excellent service and very sound advice.

My passions in life extend past Real Estate. I am a life member of the Northern Districts Athletics Club and the Australian Police Football Association. I am also actively involved in cricket, tennis, squash, golf, indoor soccer, basketball & beach volleyball. I still compete in athletics and still currently hold many World Records and Titles in World Police Games competitions.

As a registered Real Estate Consultant of FORCE REAL ESTATE, I undertake to use my best endeavours to market your property. My aim is to obtain an early sale at a price which will maximise your return.

Currently we reside in Landsdale.

Over a twenty year period I have experienced the phenomenal growth that has occurred in the area, having personally bought and sold several properties.

My background includes the Royal Australian Airforce, Financial Planning and Sales.

These experiences have given me the solid background upon which I have built my Real Estate career.

Who is Keith Barrot?

A LICENSED, well qualified Real Estate Agent since 1984 with years of practical sales and management experience.

Keith has been selling Real Estate full time in Perth’s Northern suburbs since 1987 and for the 3 years prior to that, in the Cottesloe / Mosman Park area.

After owning and managing two of his own real estate offices namely North Coast Real Estate & Seniors Own Real Estate for over 10 years in the Northern Suburbs he is now with Force and is in a position along with his full-time assistant to devote more time to his clients.

His working background has always been in selling and prior to commencing his Real Estate career, was the State Manager for a National based company.

Jessica has been in the real estate industry since 2002, first employed as a receptionist and then furthered her career by completing the property management certificate in 2003. Jessica has been employed with force real estate since 2006 and loves the challenges that property management has to offer.

Claire completed a Diploma in Public Relations in 2001 before working in the residential building industry as a Shire Coordinator for the next 3 years.

Claire then joined the real estate industry in 2004, first employed as a Sales Coordinator and then furthered her career by completing the property management certificate in 2007 and managing her own portfolio of properties.

Claire returned to the industry after living overseas for 2 years teaching English and commenced work with Force Real Estate in December 2010.
